We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) through our secure online payment gateway. Cash in USD or JMD is also accepted for on-trip tips or local driver gratuities.

There is no need to worry. We require your flight details at the time of booking so we can monitor your flight status in real time. Your driver will adjust their arrival time to match your actual landing time at no extra charge.

Each passenger is allowed one large suitcase and one carry-on bag free of charge. If you are traveling with oversized luggage, golf clubs, or surfboards, please let us know during booking so we can ensure the perfect vehicle size is assigned.

Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance receive a full refund, 24–48 hours notice incurs a 50% penalty, and less than 24 hours results in a 100% penalty. A strict 30-minute grace period applies to resort pickups for departure transfers before a booking is marked as a no-show.

Once you exit the arrivals terminal at Ian Fleming International Airport (OCJ), look directly toward the passenger waiting area. Your professional driver will be prominently holding a signboard displaying the primary passenger's name.
