To drive an ATV, participants must be at least 16 years old with a valid driver's license. Passengers on the ATV or raft must be at least 12 years old. A strict maximum weight limit of 250 lbs (113 kg) is enforced for the ATV and tubing segments. This active combo is not suitable for pregnant women or guests with back, neck, or mobility limitations.
Guests must wear fully enclosed sneakers or boots and comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting muddy or stained on the ATV trail (a change of clothes is highly recommended). Bring swimwear, water shoes for the river activities, a towel, sun protection, insect repellent, and cash.
Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance receive a full refund, 24–48 hours notice incurs a 50% penalty, and less than 24 hours results in a 100% penalty. A strict 15-minute grace period applies to hotel pickups before a booking is marked as a non-refundable no-show.
We provide complimentary round-trip transfers for guests staying at major hotels, villas, and Airbnbs in Montego Bay. If you are staying outside of Ocho Rios, private island-wide transportation can be arranged for an additional fee.
