This tour welcomes participants of all ages, and there are no strict weight limits. Please note that navigating the cave requires walking along natural pathways and descending approximately 65 steps to reach the underground lake, making it unsuitable for strollers or standard wheelchairs.
Guests must bring sturdy water shoes for safety during the climbs. We also highly recommend bringing swimwear, a towel, dry clothes, sun protection, a waterproof phone pouch, and cash for lunch or tips.
Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance receive a full refund, 24–48 hours notice incurs a 50% penalty, and less than 24 hours results in a 100% penalty. A strict 15-minute grace period applies to hotel pickups before a booking is marked as a non-refundable no-show.
