This active tour welcomes participants of all ages; however, climbing the wet, uneven surfaces of the falls requires steady physical exertion. Multiple exit points are available along the route for a shorter climb, and guests who prefer not to climb can easily walk the adjacent boardwalk or relax on the beach.
Guests must wear swimwear and sturdy water shoes with good grip for the waterfall climb (water shoes are available for purchase or rent at the falls if needed). We also highly recommend bringing a towel, dry clothes, sun protection, a waterproof phone pouch, and extra cash for shopping and tips.
Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance receive a full refund, 24–48 hours notice incurs a 50% penalty, and less than 24 hours results in a 100% penalty. A strict 15-minute grace period applies to hotel pickups before a booking is marked as a non-refundable no-show.
We provide complimentary round-trip shuttle service for cruise ship passengers directly from the Ocho Rios Port, as well as guests staying at major resorts and private villas in the immediate Ocho Rios area.
