The River Tubing section requires a minimum age of 5 years old. For the safety and comfort of our animals and participant safety on the river currents, a strict maximum weight limit of 230 lbs (104 kg) is enforced. This active tour is not accessible for wheelchairs, pregnant women, or guests with serious heart, back, respiratory, or recent surgery problems.
Guests must bring sturdy water shoes for safety during the climbs. We also highly recommend bringing swimwear, a towel, dry clothes, sun protection, a waterproof phone pouch, and cash for lunch or tips.
Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance receive a full refund, 24–48 hours notice incurs a 50% penalty, and less than 24 hours results in a 100% penalty. A strict 15-minute grace period applies to hotel pickups before a booking is marked as a non-refundable no-show.
We provide complimentary round-trip transfers for guests staying at major hotels, villas, and Airbnbs in Montego Bay. If you are staying outside of Ocho Rios, private island-wide transportation can be arranged for an additional fee.
