This program requires participants to be at least 6 years old and competent swimmers, as it involves deep-water interaction. For safety reasons, this specific program is strictly prohibited for pregnant women. Children aged 6–12 must be accompanied in the water by a paying adult.
Guests must bring sturdy water shoes for safety during the climbs. We also highly recommend bringing swimwear, a towel, dry clothes, sun protection, a waterproof phone pouch, and cash for lunch or tips.
Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance receive a full refund, 24–48 hours notice incurs a 50% penalty, and less than 24 hours results in a 100% penalty. A strict 15-minute grace period applies to hotel pickups before a booking is marked as a non-refundable no-show.
