The River Tubing section requires a minimum age of 5 years old. For participant safety on the river currents, a maximum weight limit of 250 lbs (113 kg) is strictly enforced. This active tour is not accessible for wheelchairs, pregnant women, or guests with serious heart, back, respiratory, or recent surgery problems.
Guests must bring sturdy water shoes for safety during the climbs. We also highly recommend bringing swimwear, a towel, dry clothes, sun protection, a waterproof phone pouch, and cash for lunch or tips.
Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance receive a full refund, 24–48 hours notice incurs a 50% penalty, and less than 24 hours results in a 100% penalty. A strict 15-minute grace period applies to hotel pickups before a booking is marked as a non-refundable no-show.
