Bamboo Rafting requires a minimum age of 3 and has a maximum raft weight limit of 550 lbs total per raft. This gentle tour is not accessible for wheelchairs, pregnant women, or guests with serious heart, back, respiratory, or recent surgery problems.
Guests must bring sturdy water shoes for safety during the climbs. We also highly recommend bringing swimwear, a towel, dry clothes, sun protection, a waterproof phone pouch, and cash for lunch or tips.
Cancellations made 48+ hours in advance receive a full refund, 24–48 hours notice incurs a 50% penalty, and less than 24 hours results in a 100% penalty. A strict 15-minute grace period applies to hotel pickups before a booking is marked as a non-refundable no-show.
